The problem and solution

Problem: Everyone sends one email. Then stops.

You find a company worth reaching out to and send a good pitch — then nothing. Most people don't reply to the first email, or the second. Almost nobody sends a third.

Find a company Send one email No reply Forgotten
One email, 1–2% reply. The rest is silence — not because they said no, but because nobody asked twice.

Solution: Pitchitz keeps following up until they reply.

How it works

Four steps. Then it runs by itself.

Built for a small team, not a sales department with a CRM.

1

Load customers

Add one, or import your whole list at once — name, email, the service you're pitching.

2

Pick a service

Website, Google listing, whatever you sell — each service carries its own follow-up ladder.

3

Pitchitz sends and follows up

The first email goes out automatically, then every follow-up on schedule, from your own domain — until they answer.

4

You mark Won or Lost

The moment someone replies, follow-ups stop and the lead lands in your hands. Answer, then close the file.

What you get

A small CRM around one job: never let a pitch go quiet.

Follow-up ladder

Your words, your schedule, per service

Website, Google listing, whatever you sell — each service carries its own follow-up steps, subject lines and wording. Edit the days between steps; edit the message; see a live preview with a real customer's name.

  • ✓ Up to six steps — most use three or four
  • ✓ Merge fields: {{company}}, {{name}}, {{city}}, {{owner_name}}, {{owner_business}}, {{service}}
  • ✓ Plain-text emails that read like a person wrote them

Who it's for

Anyone who cold-pitches and waits.

If you reach out to new companies and follow up by hand today — or forget to — this is for you.

Web & digital agencies

Newly registered companies need a website, a listing, a presence — and rarely reply to the first email. Now something does.

Local service providers

Interior design, signage, printing, IT support — every new business in your city is a lead worth a polite, patient email.

Agencies & consultants

Every proposal is a pitch. Prospects compare a few options and go quiet. Pitchitz brings them back.

B2B sellers

You reach out to companies every day. Most never get a second message. Now they do.

Freelancers & small studios

Design, photography, development — high-ticket, slow decisions, easy to lose to silence.

Anyone with a list

If you have a spreadsheet of companies to reach and no time to follow up on each one, that's exactly this.

FAQ

Plain answers.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. You verify a sending domain in Settings before Pitchitz can send on your behalf — this is what keeps your emails landing in the inbox, not spam.

How many emails does a customer get?

One per step on your ladder — typically four over two weeks — and it stops at their first reply. Nobody is ever pestered.

Which address do the emails come from?

From your own verified domain, with your business name as the sender. Replies come back into Pitchitz, and you answer from there so the customer always sees one conversation.

What if a customer unsubscribes?

Pitchitz stops immediately, closes their open leads, and never emails them again. You can still reach them another way.

Is there a contract or a trial that expires?

No trial, no contract. The Free plan is free for as long as you like. Paid is monthly, cancel any time from Settings; your data stays readable for 90 days after you stop.

I don't have a list to load — can you help?

Yes. Add-on Services in the app: tell us who you want to reach and roughly how many, and our team builds the list and loads it into the service you pick.

Stop losing leads to silence.

Set up in ten minutes. Your first pitch goes out tomorrow.
